I really really really wish someone would ban the "pound of muscle vs. pound of fat" debate. It's like arguing over what "is" means. Ruined many a good thread....0

"Journey."0

"I'm too tired/it's too early/I don't feel like going to the gym!"

"Diet"
It's a lifestyle change people! Not a temporary endeavor.0 -
Basically any phrase that starts with, "I know there's no such thing" and followed by a query for exactly the thing OP knows doesn't exist. Such as fat burners, spot reducing, weight loss tea, how to lose 30lbs in a month, gaining muscle in a deficit, etc.
Oh, and starvation mode believers.0 -
"journey" and "lifestyle change". So cliche.0

"clean eating"
"sugar is bad"
"1200 calories"
"muscle weighs more then fat"

"I can't."
Unless it's, "Sorry, I CAN'T go to the bar with you tonight, I have to work out." Or, "I CAN'T squat because my legs have literally fallen off. Literally."0 -

"I can't afford to eat healthy/health food is SO expensive". This gets me every time. Rubbish--just eat LESS than you used to; that always costs less money.0

Right? I have the word recomp (in all caps, no less) in my profile, since that's what I'm focusing on right now. Whoops, I'll humbly ban myself now, lol.0 -
