I really really really wish someone would ban the "pound of muscle vs. pound of fat" debate. It's like arguing over what "is" means. Ruined many a good thread....

    "Diet"

It's a lifestyle change people! Not a temporary endeavor.

Basically any phrase that starts with, "I know there's no such thing" and followed by a query for exactly the thing OP knows doesn't exist. Such as fat burners, spot reducing, weight loss tea, how to lose 30lbs in a month, gaining muscle in a deficit, etc.

    Oh, and starvation mode believers.

    "I can't."

Unless it's, "Sorry, I CAN'T go to the bar with you tonight, I have to work out." Or, "I CAN'T squat because my legs have literally fallen off. Literally."

So if recomp is ban. What do you call lose fat and keep as much muscle as possible since you can do that with no scale change?

"I can't afford to eat healthy/health food is SO expensive". This gets me every time. Rubbish--just eat LESS than you used to; that always costs less money.
