    Ugh, lifestyle change, when people say that they're not dieting, yes!

    Because if you carried on with consuming 300 calories less than your body requires to maintain your body weight, that lifestyle isn't going to last all that long.

    Just admit that you've found an exercise you love, that the thought of a quadruple cheese and donner meat donut loaf makes you feel ill nowadays and that you're banting until you reach a weight you're happy with. Oh wait, that would lack the necessary degree of profundity and self-regard.

    So what do you call it when you give up table sugar and your body pitches a fit? If detox is inappropriate, and withdrawal is too, how does one describe the unfounded, intense hunger pangs, anxiety and headaches after eliminating table sugar?

    "Clean" and "moderation" are both words that I wouldn't miss if they never popped up again. Neither one means anything, but they're always repeated. I don't expect they're going away any time soon, though. :)
