    That wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be! Congratulations to everyone who succeeded in the no alcohol January and to those who cut down a lot! From now on, I may have a couple drinks here and there but this January has definitely helped me and lets me know that it won't be as hard to cut it way down out of my diet going forward!

    Well iced in here in the northeast of the US so day 1 is easy. With now alcohol in the house and no way to get any Day 1 is a breeze!
