    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took down the rest of the decorations
    and got in over 10,000 steps for the day.
    What would I have done differently? Probably not had Mexican for dinner.
    What is today's personal goal? Exercise and stay on track
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? Yes, enchiladas
    Mood today? :( Still not caught up from sleep, too many late nights

    Sun- 30 min biking turbo trainer
    Mon- Walking Leslie S. 34 min w/weights
    Tues- Walking 40 min.
    Wed- New Years Eve, no exercise
    Thurs- New Years Day, took down Christmas decorations
    Fri- Biking w/ turbo trainer 30 min.
    Sat- Helping my daughter pack for moving to her new house.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Almost, better water, got some exercise
    What would I have done differently? a few less calories, a bit more exercise and a bit more water
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, already got in Aquafit but want to do some cleaning for higher NEAT
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) We had a delicious chicken wild rice soup at a cafe yesterday. We went on a day trip to buy some natural soaps and shampoos for my Christmas present from my husband. We did a bit of walking despite the rain.
    Mood today? Hoping to have a productive day.

    Sigh. I did an excellent job with all of my goals until today. I went to the gym and burned 300 calories and I was in good shape. I've been doing my squat challenge and am 15 miles in for my 100 miles in January challenge. But tonight I binged and I don't even know why.. It's not like I've been depriving myself of anything and I am quite enjoying my healthy food. But roommate brought home a pizza and now I would have to burn another 700 calories to be flat for the day.. I am sitting here debating between going back to the gym even though I'm EXHAUSTED, calling today a bad day and cutting extra tomorrow to make up for it, calling it a really bad day and eating chocolate, or just simply moving on and doing better tomorrow. That's what I should do, but I feel so guilty. Sigh.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes back on track and starting on my
    eating plan today.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, rest day didn't set one
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Helped my daughter pack up her
    kitchen because they are moving this month.
    What would I have done differently? Probably watched my calories a little better.
    What is today's personal goal? New plan, stay on track, Yoga class - done
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? No
    Mood today? :D New mantra for 2015.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, no exercise except some cleaning, not enough water and a little over on calories
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I helped my daughter organize her room and did related clean up myself. I also got my new iPhone set up and with MFP. I haven't really had a smart phone but with 2 jobs I took the plunge.
    What would I have done differently? a little less calories or more exercise and more water
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, already got in my interval run
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) I am having Chuckar Cherries with Pistachios in my oatmeal today,
    Mood today? Determined to start back into some healthy routines this month to start the year off right. Despite rain, cold and fog went out for my run and made and having a healthy breakfast.

    What would I have done differently? Was offered a doughnut at my cousin's house and accepted. Probably not over in calories but not a wise choice.

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? I will be on South Beach again so probably not a different food for a while.

    What is today's personal goals? track, eat well, and check in. Not feeling 100% today. Went to bed with a headache - up with a headache (and plenty of ibuprofen) - low grade fever. Not starting the year off at the Y as I had hoped.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? steel cut oats - not completely new but fairly new - it is so much better than regular oatmeal.

    My sister was making banana nut bread and asked if I wanted any. I said yes but don't give me any because I'll eat it :-) It's so hard!

    What kind of good stuff are you learning in nutrition class?

    Remember a few years back we lost 30+lbs... we need to find those people...LOL :-) I know I was still working part-time after I finished my master's degree. I spent more time at the Y, single, less responsibilities, my daughter and I were living with my parents. Now I'm working full-time, own a home, remarried, more stress, mother of a teen (lol). I guess I could start by finding more time and being less stressed ;-)

    What is today's personal goals? it was to simply get back to exercising after missing three days in a row, sigh...
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? sea salted caramel/ chocolate bark. it was delicious...
    Mood today? very good. i was able to put an old outfit on for the first time since i first married my husband (17yrs ago). that felt great.

    Mood today? Last week and this weekend were a bit stressful. Next week will be busy with appointments for my daughter and mom I need to attend too. My Son is starting to get ready to move :( I won't be able to do interval runs on Mondays for the rest of the month so I need to come up with a plan for 3 days more of exercise not just 2.
