Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When I work afternoons we can go to Aquafit at a club north of us that is on the way home from work. Despite being ktired from a long week my husband and I went. He went right to bed without dinner. Not me.
What is today's personal goals? stay under calorie goal, water, already did my interval run
Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) finally made my single cup of drip coffee right this morning.
Mood today? wishing the week would wind down already

I had a post about being too low in calories yesterday. I was below the norm for MFP and now they will not post it on the Newsfeed. I have my own opinion about this but thanks to those who explained it to me.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got out and had a nice walk and fresh air.
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Eat sensibly, chose wisely, exercise
Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? No
Mood today?
Sun - No exercise, rest day
Mon- Not feeling well, no exercise
Tue - 40 min walk
Wed- Yoga class 75 min + cleaning
Thurs - 40 min walk
Fri - Yoga Class 75 min

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? travel day - been in Atlanta since Monday. The weather was fantastic. It was nice to actually have warm weather. Back home today - high of 32 :-(
What would I have done differently? nothing
What is today's personal goals? unpack, laundry, work, eat well, and check in
Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)?

fitbit one 18,931 steps - this is great. I attended a conference this week and my best day was 13,000 and I thought that was a lot
