    Mood today? very good. i was able to put an old outfit on for the first time since i first married my husband (17yrs ago). that felt great.

    Wed... fitbit one 3,307 steps (casual) rest day
    Thurs... fitbit one 3,188 steps (casual) sick day

    That must have felt great!!! AND your steps are pretty impressive :smile: Keep up the great work!

    What is today's personal goal? Exercise, start my first choir practice.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? We went out for dinner last night with friends and I did indulge in a German chocolate.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, I already did my interval run.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) I made Manhattan clam chowder Monday. It has less carbos and more veggies and very yummy.
    Mood today? I got through the crazy day with appointment for my daughter and Mom. We'll see if the rest of the week settles down.

    hello GoldK... thanks so much. it was a great feeling. and, i do hope to keep up my step count. when warmer weather comes and i can walk outside... i plan to up the stepping, :)

    I agree, when this cold snap gets a little warmer I want to walk outside too. We were -1F this morning and I saw two ladies all bundled up this morning walking down my street.

    What would I have done differently? more water although I am doing better
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie goal, water, I already did a long walk today.
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) I made the pizza with Trader Joes Wheat Pizza dough. Worked really well. I made it pretty thin.
    Mood today? Issues with my morning job. Not my fault. Don't need it now with my Mom, my daughter and my son moving. Not to mention my afternoon job. However I took the opportunity to get some exercise.

    What is today's personal goals? track, check in, already did 60 minutes step
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? personal trainer ... going to try 6 more half hour sessions
    Mood today? hopefully that I might see some progress on the scale if I can stick to this

    Keri - A lot on your plate right now and two jobs. You must struggle to get your exercise in but you are doing well with all that is going on. Kudos!
    Istpaul - You are back at it, great job! A personal trainer must be helping you with your exercise and that is a real boost to your losing plan.

    Mood today? My boss needed time to deal with her son (my student) so another day off since I usually work a longer day there on Friday. I went for another walk around Greenlake this morning. It was beautiful and kinda warm for this time of year. I added in some run intervals for the 1st half and finished up by walking the rest of the way. Plan to take my daughter shopping since she doesn't work today either. Hope to make a nice dinner at home tonight.
