I have at least 80 to lose and I've gotten off to a bumpy start. For those who have already lost a good chunk - what has helped you the most? You can add me!
Tracking everything as I eat it so that I make better choices.
Making it is point to learn what serving sizes look like in the bowl and on the plate.
Then, when I do blow it, making the next right choice instead of saying to heck with the whole day.
I've lost 68 lbs since 1/1/140 -
Keeping to healthy portioms. I measure everythong. Even the Creamer for my coffee and dressing on my salad. I didn't get where I am by KNOWING what food portions should be. Also logging everything everyday regardless of whether it was a good day or not.0

I have lost 15lbs so far but have exactly 100lbs to go.

Need to lose 95lbs. Would be content at 160, currently weigh 255. Highest weight was 340lbs, lost 30lbs over the course of 6 months just by cutting out fried food. Started weight loss seriously last week of August 2014, have currently lost 55lbs.0

When I started with MFP I had over a hundred pounds to lose, despite a hiatus I have actually gotten to where I "only" have 73 to go now, it's a lot and I'd love to be added to this discussion. I think it's a lot harder to get motivated when you're looking at a lot of weight and a lot of time, and it would be great to be with people who understand the extra work we'll have to put in!0

I am a new member as of today. I would like to do this with you also. I have at least 150 lbs to loose. Right now I am having a problem with my thyroid. It is hypothyroidism. Right now it is inflamed. Have to go back to the doctor in Febuary. Today is the first day I log my .food. I am also looking for friends.0

Hi! Please feel free to add me! I lost the first 30 within the last six months and now I have 88 more pounds before I get to 150 but my ideal weight is 130 so really 108lbs to go. I have been overweight since I was a little girl and now I want to be fit and healthy for the rest of my adult life especially since my family has a history of having high blood pressure and heart disease and I was diagnosed with pre-hypertension in high school.0

Started at 260 (after I gave birth to twins - highest was 277 when I was pregnant with them, but I don't think that counts), goal is 150...and I've been on this journey a year so far and only lost 45 of that...so I'm with you lady!0
