Thanks @UncleMac - sadly I only know how to crochet granny square blankets, though I have done a few freehand scarves. Never tried to follow a pattern before. Might be a good project to attempt...at some point.1 -

That is about the same level of understanding and compassion I got from my sisters. Explain to me again how women are the gentle & caring ones while we men supposedly lack such refinement? LOL3 -

The closest I've come to crochet is when i used to make and repair netting... and that was +30 years ago...2 -

I meant it as a suggestion, not an insult; since men're pretty good with using duct tape & your Sisters' refuse to, create 1 for you; so that at least you've 1!3 -
