Total 230 (goal 210)
Week 4 - Jan 26
Mon: 45 min walk/jog
Tue: 30 min cardio
Wed: 60 mins (T25+ elliptical)
Thu: 20 mins cardio
Fri: 1 hour hike
Total 215 (goal 210)
