He didn't explain the full fat thing but he explained the other reasons. I'd agree if the cheese contained transfats but other than that, I haven't made enemies of fat0 -

There's nothing inherently wrong with fresh, full-fat mozzarella. I understand he doesn't use it so that he can make room for other dietary fats in his pizza, but it isn't unhealthy which is the impression he left earlier.0 -

also good luck trying to bulk one day on that type of food.
I did it...in 2012...but it wasn't easy...and so much damn eating. My fat macros were really high to help me get there though...like 40-50% some days. (My food diary in 2012 is kind of comical.) 20 pounds over the course of nearly a year.
Not anything like my current bulk where I've added ~20 pounds in about four months. So much easier and more efficient.
I think I remember you mentioning that a while back- you went like all dirty for your cut- and low carb clean for your bulk??

Wait wait wait...it wasn't low-carb clean bulk. It was moderate-carb clean bulk. But yeah, I did it completely backwards...not on purpose, but I had already cut (to 150ishLOL) in 2011 eating "normal" foods and then discovered paleo in 2012 and decided to eat like a grown-*kitten* man bulk for a while. Decided paleo wasn't worth the effort, so dropped it just in time for the next cut.

I generally agree with the OP's logic however I will say that I think what foods you eat does come into play a little. You could theoretically lose just as much weight eating 1400 calories of deep fried twinkies a day as you would eating 1400 calories of vegetables, but I think it might be healthier overall to eat the veggies.0

You could theoretically lose just as much weight eating 1400 calories of deep fried twinkies a day as you would eating 1400 calories of vegetables, but I think it might be healthier overall to eat the veggies.
