  • Just saw this. I'm also in the middle of a "30 push-ups for 30 days" challenge, but really looking to work my glutes a little extra too! Got a lot of catching up to do, but gonna give it a shot! We do squats in bootcamp so I should be able to count those too

    I started late but just finished 30 in 3 sets of 10 each. Huffing a little but not too bad yet!

    Almost forgot to post - x50 done.

    Kind of funny. My son (10 yrs) said to me "Have you done your squats today?"
    "I haven't. Want to do them with me?"
    "No." said flatly.

    Cracked me up. My daughter (11 yrs) did do about 20 with me, though. Complained the whole time.

    Keep it up! Today (14th) is a rest day for me since I started on the 1st. I've stuck with it and completed all the squats so far, which honestly I didn't think I could do. Halfway there...
