Hello everyone this is my first challenge and my second day on MFP I see this post is from a couple of months ago but today I started the 28 day squat challenge and I wanted to ask about your results by the end of the 28 days. Did you see a noticeable difference? And would anyone like to start it with me again today for motivation and support? Summer is just around the corner!!!0
