Diet Pepsi and Coke Zero......
I gave up soda for two years and got sucked back in this past summer.
The caffeine does help and carbonation helps keep me full and eat less.0 -
Diet coke with lime for the classic sodas.
Though in sober truth, I tend to drink flavored seltzer. No sweetener, just bubbles and a bit of flavor.0 -

I tend to drink diet pop (Midwest, represent!) just because I’m not big on super sweet stuff. So with that said…here’s my go to list.
1. Diet Sierra Mist
2. Diet Dr. Pepper
3. Diet Barq’s Root Beer
4. Coke Zero
5. Diet Vernors
If I’m mixing in rum, I go with Coke or Diet Coke with lime.
If I’m hung-over, it’s Coke to cool the pipes.
Whatever the choice, I prefer cans versus plastic.

My dad's a Coke man. If a waitress asks "Is Pepsi ok?", he always responds "Sierra Mist" with a depressed look on his face.0 -
I'm not much of a fan of coke/pepsi. When I do grab a soda, it tends to be these. Less sweet.

Little know fact: there is another soda/pop geographical line up north. Wisconsin = soda. UP (Upper Michigan) = pop. And a small DMZ between the two where people call it "soda pop". True story.

Over here Soda is fizzy water and mixed with Lime Cordial is a great "soft drink"...I guess soft drink is the most popular term in the UK for fizzy stuff!
My favourite is Pepsi Max, then Diet Pepsi, then Cherry Pepsi Max and if not available then Coke Zero. For me Pepsi tastes much sweeter.0 -
I don't drink pop very often but when I do:
1. Italian bitter soda in the tiny bottles: Stappj or Crodino
2. Chinotto (San Pellegrino, then Brio)
3. Canada Dry Ginger Ale
4. Coke

My favorite soda is China Cola, such a treat! As for any other soda it just depends on my mood really, I go through phases
But if someone asked me to describe the taste of poison I would say diet soda (aspartame more specifically). Blaaaaaah 0 -
