These taste pretty good and they're fairly healthy. They come in a lot of flavors too. I'm going to look for Birthday Cake and Toasted Almond next.
I wasn't sure what Erythritol was, so I did a little research. Erythritol is a sweetener that the body doesn't absorb, so the net carbs end up being even less. It seems to be a pretty decent sweetener without too many side effects.
Oh, yes, I am one of the heretics that prefers Enlightened to Halo Top (with the exception of the Lemon Cake flavor, but that's not enough for my salvation...).
Most of the bars are great, though the coffee ones take some getting used to. The Birthday Cake is really good, enjoy!

I'm obessed with the jalapeno cheddar ones, saw this new flavor today passed it up but I think I'm going back for it tomorrow3 -

Saw good reviews of these flavor packets (you can add them to yogurt, coffee, protein powder, etc - it's flavored stevia), and I can't say I'm impressed. Very bitter and artificial tasting to me, I can't even finish them

Really?! I loved the fruit loops one and the dessert ones added to coffee!0 -
Tried the Halo Top Black Cherry & was not impressed at all! Didn't notice hardly any flavor whatsoever except for it tasting blah. Really the only fruit ice cream I really love is Black Raspberry, but decided to give this flavor a shot just in case.1

Have you actually laid your hands on these???? If so, where did you find them? I have looked everywhere I can think of. I NEED these and will travel far to find them.
I have seen these at Meijer stores. I have picked them up and put them back during each grocery trip for about 3 weeks. So, I have not tried them. I am kinda scared to, because PB and Chocolate is the combo of the angels.1 -
That's great to hear that they are out in stores. I emailed and called Hostess about locations that offer them and they told me they didn't know. I have looked in Kroger's, Dollar General's and Big Lots. I can't wait to try them. I am planning on deep frying one (or more depending on how good they are) in pancake batter to test it out along with Oreo's, mini snickers and kit kats. I have tried the chocolate/peanut butter Ho-Ho's and they are okay. They remind me of swiss rolls with peanut butter. Let me know what you think when you finally break down and try one. I'm scared too!0

No idea where this store is located, but the birthday cake one sounds yummy.2 -

My Kroger gas started to carry their knock-off Halo Top! At my Kroger, it was $3.99/pint, which is a dollar cheaper than the regular price of actual Halo Top. I got the Birthday Cake flavor, since I think that everyone on here knows that's it's all about Birthday Cake.
(Sorry, I already ate a spoonful before I took the picture!)
Overall, I like it. It's got a really good flavor. In my opinion, its has a more potent "cake-y" flavor than the Halo Top version has. The sprinkles in this one are more substantial as well, kind of more like confetti-style sprinkles vs. the jimmies that Halo Top uses. Crunching on them provides a nice crunch, and adds bursts of sweetness while you're eating the ice cream, which I really liked. The main downfall was the texture of this. Halo Top is always soft, scoop-able, and creamy straight out of my freezer, and this stuff was rock hard and kind of chalky at first. Letting it temper for about 10 minutes on the counter really helped it, but I still think that Halo Top has better texture overall. All this being said, when I opened the pint, it kind of looked like a bit of the ice cream had shrunk away from the edges of the pint container. It's possible that I could have gotten a pint that was mishandled and had refrozen a bit, which could explain part of the lackluster texture.
Also, if anyone from Kroger HQ is listening, why is this ONLY a dollar cheaper than legit Halo Top? I mean, really? For that small difference, I'm just going to keep buying Halo Top since it wins in the texture department. In my opinion, Low Cow should be priced somewhere between $3.00-$3.50 (especially since Halo Top goes on sale for $3.50 all the time). Then it'd be a regular purchase for me.
So, in summary:
Pros:More potent birthday cake flavor overall. Bigger, sugary sprinkle-bits, slightly cheaper than Halo Top.
Cons:Bad texture straight out of the freezer. Having to wait to enjoy my ice cream. Only slightly cheaper than the real deal. Possible melt & refreezing before I bought the pint.5 -
I just bought the Yogi herbal tea. They have a variety for different things such as sleeping better, detox, soothe throat, etc. I chose the "healthy skin" tea...we shall see.1

Finally caved and bought the Walden Farms sugar free syrup, partially because Shoprite listed it as $1 off for $3.19 (not clue if that's a good deal) and partially because I noticed a blueberry flavor. Has anyone tried this one?

You're usually really picky about sugar free products having weird aftertastes, I'm surprised you liked it! I just made pancakes with them and perhaps I used WAY too much, but I couldn't even finish the plate it was so off-putting! Very strong artificial flavor in my opinion, I might give it another try using way less...

It's been a while since I've had the blueberry. The original maple syrup is good though! For sugar free syrups I like Hungry Jack Sugar Free Butter Flavor2 -

Yes!! I love the blueberry but wow you definitely used too much lol. I think the regular maple is the best when I used the blueberry I usually use a little bit and mix with some frozen berries warm up in mic and drizzle on waffles or pancakes1 -
So, not new but new to me. I got a couple of free samples in the mail and thought it was delicious. I bought a jar at Wegmans and proceeded to eat the whole thing, with a spoon, and finished off that sucker in less than a week. Now, I love PB, but I would never eat it straight from the jar. There's something about the toasty soybean flavor that I can't get enough of. I don't even have a nut allergy. I need help. LOL

This one is very tasty! And I'm typically not much of a lemon flavored food fan.4 -
Oh, man! That one is right up my taste-bud alley! I need that!1
