I tried this for lunch today & for those that can't have gluten this would be a good option. It had a lot of flavor, but the only drawback about this product is how messy it is! I had a hard time opening the plastic & half of the toppings slid off as I was getting the pizzas out of the plastic wrap.

This was a bust! This was pretty much a sweeter version of a regular Three Musketeer's bar! No birthday cake flavor to be found. 260 calories for two bars.

I don't like eggnog, I liked homemade eggnog but the store stuff not so much. When I tried that vanilla eggnog I thought it was awesome.

If that eggnog is anything like the milkshakes they used to sell in the late 90s, they're excellent! Does anyone else remember these? They were sold in bright little containers ---blue for vanilla, pink for strawberry, and brown for chocolate. I think they were called Shake Ups but I can't be sure. I can't really remember anything because they discontinued it in the early 2000s and there's absolutely no record of it online :( Anyway, their vanilla tasted just like eggnog! So decadent!

I'm interested in trying the Quest Protein chips though, and have bought some BBQ flavoured ones which I'm still waiting on in the post. Fingers crossed they taste better than the bars, and also better than 'Protein Bites' by Novo which carry a very strange taste regardless of flavour.

Quest chips are incredible. Get them all. (I don't think they make the salt and vinegar anymore, but they DO have Doritos-style ones instead.) They've also reformulated a lot of their bars. (Try microwaving them for 5-10 seconds if you have one at home.) If you get some of the seasonal ones, the Peppermint Bark is top-notch.

On the topic of bars, Sinister Labs just came out with "fun size" versions of their protein bars, which are really good. Sinister Labs High Protein Crunch Bars Collection

I also recently tried a sample pack of Built Bars -- and these things are incredible. 110 calories, 15 grams of protein, and they taste like they're straight out of a box of fancy filled chocolates. Built Bar

Where did you guys get the Quest chips?

Nice sample box, got mine the other day. If you haven't tried this brand. They have granola too. https://promotions.fieldstonebakery.com/whole-grain-rich-sample-kit/

Four new Ben and Jerry's light Moophoria ice cream flavors coming out. I'm most interested in the PB Marshmallow Swirl one. Wasn't too impressed with the flavors that have been released so far, but I will definitely still try all of these if/when I see them!

the newest product that caught my eye (and wallet, and counter space in my kitchen) is an Instant Pot electric pressure cooker.

I intentionally avert my eyes from packaged prepared foods. It's much too attractive and easily slips through my nutrition-defense-barriers.

This was a fun thread because I can virtually eat everything that looks good without any negative impact on my goals.

Finally got my chocolove free sample from when I posted awhile ago. Not impressed the chocolate was pretty boring and not enough salt on the pretzels. I wouldn’t buy lol but nice to try for free😊f10dlqk38icr.jpeg

I’m definitely waiting on reviews for those!

I’m in something called PHP now so they let us grocery shop; still no new enlightened pints, but I finally found the red velvet Edy’s finally! I’m no longer counting calories but I still notice them, and 150 calories are in 1/2 cup of this - so it’s a bit more than regular frozen yogurt, but in my opinion it’s worth it!

Speaking of red velvet, I asked my dietitian here for a recipe for red velvet pancakes since I miss the ones ihop had, so I can have it and work it into my new meal plan. This is the BOMB! Super close to IHOP! Highly recommend it! Plus, if I can make it, anyone can!
The exchanges fit in really easily with my meal plan here since 1/4 Cup batter equals one bread exchange for me, but I think she messed up... it’s probably a lot more than that, I can’t inagine this being similar in calories to regular pancakes. But it’s worth a splurge!

Haha, that’s actually the part I messed up on, too! XD me being the terrible “cook” I am started adding all the ingredients to the same bowl before noticing the instructions so the cream cheese had flour on it and turned the cream cheese portion to weird guck, quickly taking the cream cheese out and rinsing it didn’t save it! But I improvised and used 2 tbsp of Nutella between the layers and that still made it INCREDIBLE. I’m going to be redoing the recipe later this week with the proper cream cheese icing hopefully!

Also I forgot a picture of the Edy’s!
    mbzmbndvg5b1.jpeg

Also, I found the strawberry blonde cold stone creamery cereal in the Walmart down here but was actually pretty disappointed, not sure if I got a bad bag but it was all mostly those red circles and hardly no graham cracker pieces, so it just tasted like Trix with marshmallows to me :/

Aw, I think either you got a bad one or I got a great one because it was fantastic! I've bought it one more time and always had SOO many marshmallows compared to balls. That is why I liked it so much because I was surprised at how great the marshmallow to cereal ratio was, lol.

Make sure you reserve room in your daily calories for a Publix sub. They have the best damn subs.

I used to love publix subs... but one time I ordered a chicken tender one and it was full of feathers I kid you not... :/

Publix subs must be like wegmans subs here. Everyone raves about them and tells people you must get a wegmans sub when you go to wegmans, lol.

    So it was fresh?

Fresh... but unsanitary, a properly cleaned chicken won't have feathers still on. Some of the meat was also under cooked and still bloody. But yeah guess you can't get fresher than that.

Not sure if anyone posted about these yet but I tried this earlier today and had to go back to Walmart and stock up on more. It is AMAZING. It has coconut pieces in it, too! DEFINITELY a must try!

Do they have a thin mint version? I would totally love a thin mint version but that would also make me sad since I wouldn't be able to have it!

Yes they do! I picked it up and had every intention of buying it to try but when I got home I didn’t see it in my bag or on my receipt so I don’t know what happened! If I try it I’ll let you know; usually chocolate yogurt only disappoints me, but Samoa has chocolate and they nailed it so I’m definitely willing to try the thin mint one!
