    Oh wow, this stuff was way too intense for even me (and I’m a caffeine fiend)! It’s like you diluted five shots of espresso, it’s so strong tasting hahaha I love regular death wish coffee, but this... I can’t handle this xD

    Asian market. T&T here in Mississauga. But this is apparently very common in China. Had no idea.

    I buy something similar, but with squid rather than pork.

    LOL definitely. I don't like drinking my calories but it was an easy way to get protein in on a soft foods diet. I've only tried Pure Protein and the Ensure Protein Max(?) tho.

    I grew up eating pork floss sprinkled on congee (savoury rice poridge) and sometimes sprinkled on buttered steamed bao. I remember David Chang, the chef proprietor of Momofuku had some more creative uses of pork floss on one of his Netflix series (either Ugly Delicious or season 1 of Mind of a Chef).
