I love the 'because mid terms...'. Sounds like a good reason to me!
It does to me too!
Today I am eating all the salty foods, & putting them in other days since I am sick on Saturday & only ate two protein bars that day.0 -

If I buy a box I am almost certainly going to eat all of them at once. Am I going to buy it anyway? Yes.
Because mid-terms.
This is going to be my statement from now on. I am currently over my goals too. I need to go walk it off, but its...midterms! I wonder how I can turn that into a work phrase...0 -

Yes, it can (and should) be applied to anything, including work! :P0 -
Some woman stood naked on a truck around here.0

Agreed. As others stated, restrictions lead to binging. You become obsessed by it.0 -

B-12!!
I know how you feel. I get anxious watching sometimes and if I had food in my hand, it is gone very quickly.
Not sure that is on this card...
I need to print out a copy of that, darn it!!0 -

I (and everyone else on this campus) have officially reached the point of tired where everything is funny. Like, my roommate and I just lost it over the Russian genitive plural for "lamp" because it's kind of a funny word. Also I have no filters anymore.
Girlfriend: "I wish I could eat whatever I wanted without it reaching my stomach."
Me: "I used to have that, it's called an eating disorder" **falls over laughing**0 -

Lots of people do that, but I have found that I do better at losing weight when I work those things into my diet in moderation. Obviously not every day, but maybe fried chicken one week and biscuits and gravy another week.
This. Oh so so much this.0 -

+1. Do you really want to go without those items for the rest of you life? Try fitting in your craving in conscious portions along with the healthy stuff. Life without ice cream is not a life I want to live! lol
I know right? I am counting down the days until Easter that I can eat ice cream again!
Which one of the new flavors of Edy's are you going to try? (if any)
I saw them at my grocery store and was tempted but I couldn't decide which one to get!!
Edited because.. 1800!! Woohoo!0 -

I looked at the Edy's and then bought Mayfield vanilla for the locusts, I mean kids. They don't appreciate and savor it and I don't need it so, no good ice cream. Maybe for Easter I will get some.

That chick is all over FB now and has several memes as well. Some guy wrote a funny song about it and I shared it on my FB page. It was funny, but not ugly towards her. It actually mentions that drug abuse and mental illness are serious matters.0 -
Page 1800!!! My page 1800 confession is that I ate an entire pint of The Tonight Dough (Ben and Jerry's) on Sunday, which put me over calories for the day by more than 1300. Oops!
I logged the entire day, though. Small victory.0 -

New flavors of Edy's you say? Do tell!!
I confess that I went to Walmart to buy bread last night and came home with over $15 of pure junk. I think I impulse bought the entire store. I amazingly put it in the treat cupboard and did not binge. Who is this new person and what did she do with old me?0 -
Will I finally make a landmark page? 1800!0

Woohoo on not eating all the junk. If I buy a pile of junk, it will most definitely be gone that same day. The only way it won't is if I hide it in my son's closet while he's napping or sleeping. No chance I'm going in and waking him up!0 -

Nice! I am cracking up on your leg picture. That should get you a few random male friend requests....
Haha! I said in the batcave that I couldn't stop looking at my legs in the picture I took Saturday, so I'll take a few random requests.0 -

Sorry about the relapse. I had a mini-relapse over the weekend, too. 2 days of hell.
