With the exception of today I haven't had a binge for at least 20 days or so.
Progress not perfection Kelly, that's great! I hope PLL (Pretty Little Liars?) is everything you want and more .
I confess as soon as I got up and realized it had snowed again I started planning another 2k into my route tonight...and avocado pudding into my day
Ugh at snow! When does it usually stop snowing in Canada?
Depends where your at! West coaster here (God that's weird to say xD) and we've stopped having snow in March, meanwhile my hometown is still dealing with snow showers.
My deck atm -_-
Thanks @quiksylver296 . @MissKalhan I never have luck with KvD (idk if you have used her foundation line but I found it oxidized badly). Too Faced on the other hand . I really like some of Tartes lilacs, tried any of theirs?

Wish me luck with my nine days in a row at work that start tomorrow.
I remember last time that I worked seven days in a row I almost forgot to brush my teeth & forgot to put on deodorant. I wonder what I'll forget on my ninth day?0 -

Ew! Why are you having to do that?
Take care of yourself and get plenty of sleep!0 -
I confess that I am using the disater state of my house and my husband's medical issues to let myself eat like crap. Been eating fast good and chocolate way too often. I now need to get storage tubs and get some dusting cloths to help clean up the house.
Great job on the weigjt, Quik!!! Here's hoping some organizing and decluttering will inspire me to get something done.0 -

I'm simple with foundation. I go vegan for everything, so I use Smashbox Photo ready CC cream cause pale girl is pale. The rest of Kat's stuff is amazing in my humble opinion heh0 -

It will! I find a bit of forward progress breeds more. That whole inertia thing. The body in motion!2 -

I can remember in my nursing home days working 20+ days in a row. Your whole world narrows down to work and sleep. Hope you get a break soon!0 -

I live pretty rurally and now that it's getting warmer, the bugs (gnats?) have found me. I look absolutely crazy waving my arms in front of me trying to keep those little effers out of my face on my walk.
This made me laugh. Once I was out running in the early morning hours in August and I was so beset by bugs I was rubbing myself off in telephone poles and fence posts. It was awful. People say Skin So Soft works, other than that I use Off. Not sure that will help you.0 -

Ignore the piles of books behind my head. I have a problem. Opinions on this lipstick color, please. My daughter bought it for herself, but thinks it looks better on me. My youngest ran away, which is why I am laughing in the picture.
Man, it's dark. I think if you were dressing up and going out in a dramatic outfit it would work, but too dark for everyday.
From the chicken that never wears a dark lip...
I thought so too, Quik. I would never wear it to work. I am not brave enough. I just wondered what others thought. I don't know why my daughter bought it.
It seems to be an in-thing at the moment. I've seem quite a few teenagers/young ladies around with dark lipstick on. A couple of years ago they were wearing really bright lipstick, now it's really dark.
Yeah, when I was a teenager it was really popular too. My sister always wore super dark colors like that. I could never wear it, not confident enough and with not the whitest teeth in the world it was awful. Turned my teeth nasty colors in contrast.0 -
I confess I wore black lipstick as a teenager, but then again I was a bit of a goth. I never went clubbing without my spiky dog collar! If I was in a jovial mood I had a neon, glow in the dark pink one, and if I was feeling cool I had a black one. I regret nothing!6
-
I don't tan. In fact, if I was going for a night out, I would sometimes mix white face paint in with my foundation and properly 'goth it up'. I amuse myself thinking back.4

You and my sister would have loved each other.0 -
JessicaMcB wrote: »@MelissaPhippsFeagins is that Nyx Liquid Suede in Subversive Socialite? I have that one. Looks better on you than me, I have a distinctive Vampira Queen of the night vibe with it because whiter than white girl lol. I think for dramatic evening looks it would be good!
If your daughter is looking for a more wearable purple I like the Cover girl Katy Kat in Cosmic Kitty.
Uhhhhhh I refuse to confess to my makeup problem
Yes, that is the color. She is also a whiter that white girl. My husband's family is Welsh and Dutch. Mine is Welsh and Melungeon/Irish.
Melungeon is a Hodge podge of Portugese/Native American and African American. My mom was "white enough" to go to the regular school in her town.
You look really cute in both of those and I will pass on the second color to her. Thanks!2 -
@JessicaMcB just cause I have to plug Kat's other makeup haha. Today's office look: Kat Von D's Tattoo eyeliner, mascara and lipstick called Double Dare.5 -

Thanks. She said that she didn't look at the previous week, but I said I'll try to muster through since I'll least have off next Thursday & Friday. She did say that if I feel sick during any of it she can try & work around my schedule.
Today I accidentally put on both of my work vests & it was only my first day back from my two days off.2 -

He was the first! And the tooth fairy even brought a little gift to school for him!
Good luck with the long work streak, Kelly!

I conned a coworker into bringing homemade lemon bars for Administrative Assistants Day. I fit two of those babies into my calories/macros for the day. Impatiently sitting at work, waiting for her to arrive. Breakfast of champions!!!

Oh my. I LOVE lemon and those look spectacular.0

At my first midwife app (it's midwife led in the UK, you only see a dr if there are complications) I was referred to consultant led care due to my previous csection and macrosomia (big baby). We need to have the vbac vs elective csection conversation. Since I am very much erring towards a csection, she referred me to the consultant who's known for being that way inclined.
Anyway, got my app letter and I'm seeing the other consultant, the one who has a reputation for pushing for vbac. My friend had her and really had to fight her corner. I probably have more sound medical reasons for my decision, but I'm not best pleased.
Women actually have a right to a csection even on the NHS, but lots of doctors would have you think otherwise. I just don't want to have to recover from both a long labour and surgery if it's another big baby (which history says it will be), with a toddler too. Csection recovery is hard, but what I went through last time was harder.
Appointment isn't for another 4 weeks. I'm hoping the consultant doctor's reputation is exaggerated and I won't have a fight on my hands. My midwife was super sympathetic, but it's not up to her.
That was long. Can you tell I've been dwelling on it?0 -

I block pulled 335 lbs for three reps last night, and felt like I could have done more! Super excited! I may get a better deadlift at my next meet than I was hoping for.
