Ça ç'est une bonne idée pour un cadeau Tante @MissKalhan!

@quiksylver296 I would just do my own separately personally to avoid whinging from everyone else. How differently do you eat from the rest of the family?

    Lol @Lois_1989 !

Spoke to the new shrink on the phone today. Idk how successful this is going to be given he was telling me, "You have to stop making such harsh judgments on yourself." and I'm literally sat there thinking, "Yeah right buddy...ugh I am such a jerk, he's just doing his job. Why can't you get with the program and stop wasting everyones' time..." and on and on and on.

Jessica, next time you start talking to yourself that way, ask "would I do this to someone else in the confessions thread?" I don't think you would so then substitute what you would say to one of us and say it to yourself. "well, that was a mistake, but here's what you can try next time."

Great advice! I <3 this! Works for every one of us.

Hey all! Life is going a mile a minute since I landed last night, I'm missing luggage because I missed my connection in Toronto. We will be looking to get it this evening, hit the gym and mistakenly did last week's program because I can't run properly on 4 hours of sleep.
However, this morning things took a turn for the best! We are checking out https://www.realtor.ca/PropertyDetails.aspx?PropertyId=17863675&utm_source=RealtorWeb&utm_medium=SharePin&utm_campaign=PropDetail this cute little place tonight, I can afford it all on my own let alone with Martin and it's exactly what we are looking for! Send some good vibes and wishes our way please.

    Also BABY BENNETT PHOTOS

Good luck with the house! I LOVE that front window!

And Bennett is so freakin adorable!

Update: We didn't get the house. That said, something similar with a slightly bigger footprint is coming on the market soon: http://matrix.interiorbc.ca/DE.asp?ID=1580319833
That was the listing back in 2015, the pricing will be higher (in the 200k area).

Hi my name is Victoria and I like to overload myself right after vacation and then have all the regrets.
Tonight we check out a rental since our lease is up in June, hit costco quickly and then go to a candidate meet and greet coffee session that I organized for the Community Association for the area I am living in currently.
Friday there is nothing planned as side from work yet.....
Saturday I am heading the Community Association Clean Up Day (we pick up the trash etc on the roadways), then I go lift for a bit and cap the day with doing door to door cause it's election time in BC.
Sunday my friend and I are hosting an election info session so to speak; covering riding boundaries (whose your candidates), the party platforms, how to register to vote, where/when to vote and how to get involved.

We're going camping next weekend, first camping trip of the season. Also using it to celebrate son's THIRTEENTH :o birthday. I'm very excited...except I still have to keep my eating on point because I'll be one week from my competition.

I'm trying to decide how to make it work. Prep every one of my meals for the entire camping trip and basically eat separately from my family :s ? Plan the menu, working around my nutrition needs, having everyone eat the same :| ? Wing it (not this one, but since I'm listing ALL the options I thought I'd throw it on there)?

I'm leaning toward prepping and logging all of my meals ahead of time. I know we're planning on chocolate chip cookie s'mores for son's "birthday cake," so if I plan for them and adjust the rest of my day, I can make things like that work. It's only dinner Friday, breakfast/lunch/dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday.

oops you have a TEENAGER now! I anticipate you'll be hiking and stuff right? So, you'll burn lots of calories. Why not eat with everyone else and just plan on smaller portions?

Dang it! I marked a thread because I just knew it was going to blow up, and it got closed overnight and I never got to see why... :'(

Premise of thread: I'm a teenager who wants to be a sports therapist. I can help you. Ask me anything.

I had the first comment of the thread, and all I posted was this:

Did anyone happen to witness the implosion? (I also got two FRs from the OP. She obviously didn't catch my sarcasm.)

Too funny. Typical teenagers.... experts at everything!

I hope you find a way for Mrs Jekyll and Mrs Hyde to communicate a bit better, that must be very frustrating for you. <3 On the OCD thing, I thought that would be the case for any form of exercise really, as you strive to get better, faster, go for longer it must spark some form of OCD in people. Either way its not very helpful for him to point that out and not follow up with a solution.

Ooooooooh I'm half at that stage as well. I keep cutting it short because it's easier for workouts but part of me thinks I should grow it out. How long is the front? and how far over is your parting? I ask because the last time I had it cut I was talking to the hairdresser about growing it out, and she said swap your parting to the other side and the length at the front becomes symmetrical, so its not as bad when you grow it out. But my parting is really far over, and the length is down to the jawline.

    mh4lst3wyvs2.jpg

Sorry about my...everything. I don't dress up for the cretins at work.

But yeah, so the length is long enough to tie back, but because my hair is so thick, my scalp can breathe when I'm hot because it is short everywhere else.

Lo, you look great. Me, on the other hand... I just tried to take a selfie for like 10 minutes to show you guys my hair and I looked a hot mess in every single one. The fluorescent lighting here is soooo flattering. Where's mah filter?!

So, it's like chin length in the front, shorter in the back where I'm attempting to grow in the layers. Not long enough for me to tie back, but I can rock a headband. I've parted my hair on the right side since forever, because I have a HUGE cowlick there and can't make it work any other way. I'll have to ask my hairdresser about switching sides the next time I'm in there 'cause it's not symmetrical right now.

It was just a technique she mentioned if I wanted to grow it out. Otherwise, I've always just toughed it out until I've reached "Very Short Bob" stage and then had that cut instead to even everything out.
