High quality chocolate. I've sworn off the cheap stuff. Which means I eat it less often and a lot more slowly.
Butter like all of you.
Peanut butter. Low-fat is just spiked with sugar. What's the point?
I don't get low-cal bread any more. It's glorified Styrofoam with no holding power.
I am very happy however with low-fat cheese and aspartame loaded sodas.0 -

Dairy period. I'll eat a good cheese I agree it goes further. Sour cream? No sub there. Butter? No way. No sub on dairy products.0
