I'm bringing this one back since my fwb actually laughed at me last night. No actual complaints yet though.
Luckily for me, my husband still isn't complaining, in fact he's rather enjoying it . . . I am SO loved up
Is it time for "Congrats on New Baby", yet? Fertility goes up, PCOS goes away... Just Guessing. Should I start saving for Baby Shower gifts?

@mazarasltm - Um, no. I have four children already and that's quite enough

I'm actually the opposite...due to too much exercising apparently...3 -
I am cold almost all the time. I dread for winter to get here. Does this ever stop? I have lost 70 pounds and maintaining for about a year now.!7

How difficult it is to change your own mindset from losing to maintaining or gaining.
I lost 1kg this week and was ready congratulate myself until I remembered I'm bulking so I'm supposed to gain weight lol24 -
When you open that "goal journal" you've written in time and again (since years ago) and see that you have finally reached those goals. Finally!!!41

I never realized how prominent your tendons can be - my biceps, hamstrings and achille's tendons are actually "hard" to the touch! Who knew?
Also, never thought I would become such a fan of clothes shopping! I just love it, both at charity and retail shops. I used to hate clothes shopping, now I love fitting new clothes and trying different styles. Also adore wearing dresses or shorts now, which I never liked, even as a kid.
Lastly, I never realized how painful sleeping on the sides can be. My hip bones seem to hate me!13 -

that new habits can be the norm for you and become easy and the old habit can still pop up as if you never made the changes! you need to be on the look for them24

That maybe just maybe you will have to come to terms with some aspects of your body/shape, that weight loss and training just can't change.24

Yes! That's so true.
Coming at it from a very shallow perspective, some days it seems like weight loss has unearthed stuff I don't like about my body.
What I mean is: if you had asked me before, I would have said "the one thing I don't like about my body is that I'm fat". Now that's not there anymore, I all of a sudden understand why other women would complain about their hips or butt or whatever. I'm not "fat" anymore, but now I'm working on making my thighs leaner, my stomach flatter, my arms less flappy-ish. There's just more to work on as opposed to less, and like you said, not all of it may be realistically possible.
But some of it is! And the upside to that is that the journey is not done with weight loss. There's always something new to be working towards :-)21 -
It happened again. A co worker saw me after 8 weeks "Love your hair" REALLY ??!!It was messy and uncombed but she couldn't see the real reason I look so much better. It's the weightloss. It shows in the face and body.27

1- How hard it is to find smaller sized clothing
2- How much I would hate sitting still and be lazy all day like before
3- How eating healthy is gonna feel like you are eating more food than when you were overweight lol
4- How confident you would get
5- How happy and hopeful you would be about your future
6- How most people in your life who are struggling with weight still won't take your advice
7- How much younger you would look after losing weight and getting fit

So true. I was at a wedding yesterday, and one of my cousins I haven't seen in a couple of years commented that I never seem to age. I bet 2 months ago she would have thought otherwise. I feel like I am overflowing with confidence. It's great!17 -

Believe it or not I have read articles written and about women who explained how complimenting on a woman's weight is body shaming. That, or some people are so afraid of not being politically correct....
Sometimes when people see you everyday they don't notice the slow steady progression of change in your body, as opposed to someone who hasn't seen you in weeks or months10 -
The mental roller-coaster ride: How you can go from completely motivated and happy one second to feeling like the entire process is futile and you'll never be skinny enough the next second.
How frustrating it is when even your best friends and family try to sabotage your journey by convincing you that it doesn't matter or that you're not being healthy or that you need to eat a piece of cake...34
