All you need is a waste block of wood, a hammer and a nail set.

I've added about 8 holes to one belt before giving up on it and am ready to put a new hole in a new belt.
This is your jihad.3 -

I have this. Hubs and I are both losing weight, and it's been very useful.6 -
I can reach all parts of my back when I shower and I don't snore anymore:)20

I've noticed I'm preprogrammed to head to the plus size sections. I'd been plus size for close to 15 years!
I automatically head that way even though I'm in the regular sizes now. It seems strange (and wonderful) to be paying less for the same clothes. I had to exchange a couple things from plus size down to to regular sizes and got money back.9 -
i have this one as well. bought it dirt cheap and it does a great job.
Nobody told me i would have a hard time maintaining my weight because i am not eating enough. I keep losing, even though i stopped trying to.Figuring out maintenance calories is hard, while trying at the same time not to gain weight.
I will be checking my thyroid levels next week just to make sure my medication dosage doesn't need to be lowered. In the meantime, i'll be eating more i guess.7 -
For me the more weight I lose the more self conscious I get. Clothes I used to wear all the time would show "rolls" or "pudges", now I am extremely worried about these type - I feel like I'm judged harder since people know I'm trying to work this extra weight off and therefore I want to be sure to look my best. I *DO* look a ton better but it is hard on me mentally.15

Mine is both cheaper and easier6 -

Yesterday i went to a store to buy cheap spaghetti strap shirts in a size small because they were cheap andd one of the rare things that fit me well. Even knowing i was going for a size smalll tiny shirt, I realized i was wandering the plus sized clothes LOL9 -

I'm not used to how small I am, and I keep tripping and almost falling off of things. My husband is the one who pointed it out and now I can't stop noticing. Hooray for being even more awkward!
Yep, I find this happening a lot lately. I'm thinking about trying yoga and/or barre class to help with my balance especially since I've started can-can dancing and I now actually need to have some coordination.10 -
People who know you will give you a multitude of very backhanded compliments. They mean well, they just don't realize what they're actually saying.10

Looks like some weird bedroom toy not gonna lie4 -
I was eating at the MacDonalds with our apprentice today and came to a rather... odd realization while watching said apprentice do the 'crap I spilled my coke' dance... Those pretty white jeans of hers are no longer quite so white
I used to have food stains as a weekly (if not daily) occurrence. No matter what I did, I always ended up with stains, which was one reason for always wearing dark clothes - the stains are less visible. My wardrobe is slowly bleeding into white/pastel colors and yet I haven't had to apply any of my stain-killer skills. So my pretty new pastel pink blazer is still as spotless and pristine as when I put it on this morning. All I'll have to do is hang it up to let it air out tonight so I can wear it again in a few days...
I'm not sure if this is because there's a smaller target for food to hit or because I've simply become more mindful of how I shovel (or not shovel) the food into my mouth... Either way, I'm not complaining!

I used to automatically squirt stain remover on all my shirts before throwing them in the wash. I always had food stains on my boobs. Your comment made me realize that I haven't had to do that in months!! Like you said, is it because my target is so much smaller? Or is it because I'm eating in a more civilized way now?17 -

I still have 3 bottles of stain remover that I haven't had to use and I used to go through one every couple of months... They're collecting dust on the shelf. Might bring them over to the friend with 2 small ones running around. I bet she would find a use for them.9 -
How much I was going to love buying shoes. More specifically, heels!9

That leaning your head back into the sink when the hairdressers wash your hair will be way more uncomfortable with less fat to cushion you!13

@ladyreva the "mindful" statement jumped at me. There was a discussion and proof that people lost weight on Blood Type diets yet it did not seem to be due to the diet only. Being mindfully aware I expect is a key reason most any dieting system tends to lead to weight loss. The other day I started to eat something that was very health then it hit me I was in no way hungry so I never went into the kitchen.
Not sure why but I do not get food on my shirts like I use to do. There was no reason to smell when I could just look at the food stains know it had been worn before. Well now that I can get into booths better and closer to tables is a plus on spilling I expect.7 -

Also probably has somethign to do with before having tons of sauces on burgers and such that gets cut down when your eating mindful of calories XD13 -
My nails have become so long and strong, I'm putting it down to extra protein consumption. A few people have asked if they're extensions, nope all mine
Before they always used to break, now if I want them shorter I have to file or cut them down.14
