Females who eat near 1800 calories

Hi! Im looking for more friends who eat at a similar calorie count as i do- 1800 roughly. I am down 19lbs, looking to lose >60 then well see. I would just like to have some similar food diaries and weights, as i find it hard to relate to someone who eats 1100 cal everyday (im aware everyone is different with different goals). I also aim to eat 3-4 meals with a couple snacks. Friend me or post here

    Thanks guys thats perfect! I said 1800 bc thats mfp' recommendation but i fluctuate anywhere from 1400-2000. Usually about 1800 though. Friend requests sent.

    Oh, idk....you're a 49er girl haha, I am SD this could be a problem ;) What game is your pic from? I would actually love a football friend, on here. I eat 1500-1900 average. I do 80/20 and whole foods with a little sweets n treats. Open diary and love to cook.

    I eat 1700 but I'm a grazer. That means low calorie, veggie loaded meals, and lots of snacks. Usually anyway. My diary is always open. Pop in. :)

    I'm on 1925 (set for every day as I use the TDEE method) in case you want to see someone slightly above that.

    In how much time and what was your exercise routine? I eat 1200 cals. And do one hour walking( approx complete 4.8 km daily) . I have just lost 4 kgs in one month only.

    Feel free to add me. I vary between 1600-1800 depending on the workout program that I'm doing. I follow the TDEE method for calculating my calories.

    I find that I can lose at 1,800 if I'm active. My diary is open. Striving for lots more vegetables..but not always successful. 1410 is my MFP goal, but I rarely eat that little.

    I have my goal set to about 1700 but I eat back my FitBit adjustments so I actually eat between 1800-2000 most days. I've lost 30 pounds and am transitioning to maintenance. My diary is open.

    I'm on 1850 plus exercise calories, trying to shift 2lbs from Christmas (yes I am overly picky haha).

    I average between 1700-1800. Plus I am also a 49ers fan. LOL... (You can take the girl out of the Bay Area, but you can't take the Bay Area out of the girl. :wink: )
  • Feel free to add me! I'm usually 1,700-2,000 calories per day (recently cut my weight loss back to one pound per week after my calories alotted dropped to 1470. I've lost 56 pounds over the past 9 months, with 27 to first goal, and 20 more to ultimate goal.

    I eat between 1800-2100. I'm currently breastfeeding my three month old daughter, so I'm not able to restrict calories intake below that. Still losing quite a bit, though.
  • I normally eat between 1700-1900. I'm doing a more restrictive cut for a few weeks for psychological reasons, but will be bumping back up to that range soon. Not sure how useful my diary would be, though, because I've always been a natural intermittent faster, so I do most of my eating after work and tend to have fairly high calorie dinners and big freakin' snacks.

    I eat 1500 if I don't exercise. As I exercise nearly every day I'm generally at 1700-2000 as I eat back exercise calories. Feel free to add me.

    I am on maintenance at 1800 calories without eating back exercise calories - I generally eat the 3 main meals and then snacks - I aim for about 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fats
