Feel free to add me too. I range from 1600-2000 depending on if I exercise for the day or not. I try to net around 1600-1700 calories each day and I have been consistently losing with this calorie goal for the last three months. I still have another 70-80 pounds to lose though.0

I eat between 1600-1900 most days (just depending on activity). I've been gone from MFP for a few months but I've been relatively on top of my off-line tracking and now I'm ready to crack down again. I've lost about 65-70lbs in the past three years. Slow and steady, right?0

Feel free to add me. I eat around 1700. I was eating like 2000 maintaining, but my husband signed us up for a military ball so I dropped it down. Lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks I don't log my fitness though since I have my calories set at -15% tdee0

My goal is 1850 and I eat back some of my exercise calories, but mainly only if I screwed up during the day (I did today). My diary is open. I have done this in the past and did great at it. I couldn't imagine eating at 1200 calories!!!0

I eat between 1400 and 1800 calories per day. It does fluctuate. Feel free to add me!1

Always looking for active friends! My deficit is at 1590 but 5 days a week I eat closer to 2k+ due to exercise. 5'8, 24 yo and 188lbs. Definitely a fan of whole/natural foods, but I also eat some bad stuff and drink wine here and there0

mine is set at 1500 something (a 1/lb/wk loss) but i generally eat anywhere from 1200-1800, depending on exercise and just how hungry i am. ive lost 21 pounds since jan 9th? i think, so whatever im doing seems to be working.
and i have LOT more to lose LOLOLOL - dont let the ticker throw you, i just break it down into smaller goals
first goal is to get to 200, then we'll see how i break it down. ideally im aiming for 150 and then will work on getting it to 120-30ish maybe.
so yeah, small goals so i dont get discouraged LOLOL0 -

I'm at 1800. -- Now that I figured out I wasn't eating enough to support my exercise, I've finally started losing! ;-)0

I'm at 1770 right now, and working toward losing a similar amount of weight as you. Feel free to add me. :-)0

I'm at 1670. I don't add breast feeding calories on there. Feel free to add me!0

I'm on 1800 cal, however my family is currently doing body beast. It is a awesome program, however with all the calories I burn I am usually at around 1500 to 1700 calories except on my treat day. but I'm loving the results. I also recently purchased a calorie counting watch, so I can have an idea of how many calories my body burns with no exercise on my rest day. I may have to adjust my calorie intake when I get that number. Friend me if you want0

I'm at 17900

I'm at 1850 presently (not logging during the past week, since I'm on vacation through Monday and it's impossible and I wanted a break anyway), but that's a pretty narrow deficit for me (although I'm close to goal) so I might cut back to 1750, although I might not.
Also a Bears fan.
Feel free to add me if you like. ;-)0 -

In how much time and what was your exercise routine? I eat 1200 cals. And do one hour walking( approx complete 4.8 km daily) . I have just lost 4 kgs in one month only.
That took me 10 months to do that. With averaging on 0.5kg loss a week. For exercise, I was doing 30 min cardio and 15 mins strength training. I did that every second day, with an average burn of 300 cal.

I eat 1500-1650 usually, occasionally a little more, although I don't tend to eat exercise calories.
Feel free to add me.0 -

Hi there! I eat about 1600-1800 average. Sometimes a bit more, I'm marathon training so I often need more calories on my long runs days. I'll add you.0

Hi everyone. I eat a minimum of 1600 calories/day and try to eat whole foods, plenty of fruit and veg, but also the odd glass of wine. I eat back most of my exercise calories, and still have over 50lbs to lose. I'm in Australia, and know nothing about US football ;-) Anyway I'm happy to connect with anyone who is interested in health and fitness. Also I am Polly274 on Garmin Connect.0
