    1.) eat all healthy unprocessed foods
    2.) kill my insanity max plyo workout
    3.) go to bed by 10:15
    4.) eat less then 400 calories after dinner (always end up having a snack which ends up more like a meal

    just for tonight,

    1. eat more veggies than meat at dinner
    2. drink lots of liquids
    3. no peanut butter. none. just don't go there.

    2. Enjoy coffee with my friend this morning Karen brought me several craft kits. She has just downsized and had a clear out.
    3. Attend Peace lecture after lunch This is a personal development course. Last lecture is next Mon.

    2. Sort out project and go to Craft this morning
    3. Make some Christmas cards after lunch
    4. Plan shopping/timing for Christmas Day!

    JFT Sunday 11/22
    1) Do my hand exercises 2 to 4 times
    2) Take pictures of my jewelry - aim for at least 6 pieces
    3) Shop
    4) Walk at least 5,000 steps

    ^On target for 2x. No pics. Over 8000 steps. Bought a cool she'll.

    Yesterday I did my exercises 3x
    Was going to take pics, but sidelined by dental surgery
    In spite of sitting around all day, I did 3000 steps

    JFT Tuesday 11/24
    1) Completion of dental surgery
    2) Stop by PC Richards to verify refrigerator delivery
    3) Confirm pt appointment for next week
    4) Drink 8 waters

    Thanks! I decided not to do both a weights and cardio workout and I was fine. I just went for a walk after until I reached my 10k steps. I may have been overdoing it. I have a tendency to do that.

    3) Start on stripping project (it's FURNITURE people!)

    Yesterday I accomplished my list but splurged a tad on Terra chips. They aren't the worst but aren't the best

    2. Enjoy lunch out with all 3 daughters :-)
    3. Avoid overly processed "food"
    4. Get a head start on tomorrow's meal.

    1) Forgot to get my crockpot ready last night so had to do this morning= no morning run. Run TONIGHT

    5) Actually log the whole day (Breakfast-done Lunch-TBD Dinner-TBD)
    6) Go help with prep for community Thanksgiving meal at church
