    1. log all food :) - even the blue bunny ice cream I had last nite :/
    2. drink 8+ glasses water :)
    3. long walk tonite :) 6.15 miles!!
    4. mow grass, if not too wet :/
    5. work on organizing sewing room :/
    6. baked chicken for tonite :/ Friends came over, so it was pizza and icecream instead :/

    Friday, 6/3
    1. log ALL food. Fish fry tonite with friends, so only have 1 or 2 small pieces.
    2. drink water. NO caffeine!
    3. mow grass
    4. clean house briefly

    2. My daughter and I played in the rain in stead of going to the park yesterday so I owe her the park to day( she helped clean the house) proud mamma!
    ( down to one can of dew a day; working on getting of the pop).

    We used to play in the rain all the time growing up!! One lady told me if we could learn again to PLAY like kids! Sounds like a fun time with your daughter - making memories!

    This week off from weight training was a good idea. My back feels much better. I will need to take it a bit easier next week when I get back to it.

    Well....didn't quite do it yesterday. It was my husband's birthday and I gave in and had a piece of his angel food cake. So much for the low carbs. Didn't get my work projects done either. So, today, going to tone it down a bit.

    1. Try to stay under 30 carbs and no processed sugars
    2. Journal intake
    3. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
    4. Do my best to get my projects done at work
    5. Have patience and be grateful I have a great job and wonderful husband no matter how aggravating they both can be! :smile:

    1) Perform one random act of kindness. This is harder than I thought it would be. Carrying over.
    2) Spend some quality time with my grandson <3
    3) Jazzercise :)
    4) Log food :)
    5) Drink 8 glasses of water :)
    6) Spend 30 minutes filing papers and decluttering paper/mail pile; shred stuff :)Picked up trash around the pond with my grandson instead
    7) Do some weeding :) Lots! Grandson helped.

    That's one thing I love about being a mom, I can relive being a kid and look a fool at the same time and no one can say am thing to me. :p
