1. log all food - even the blue bunny ice cream I had last nite
2. drink 8+ glasses water
3. long walk tonite 6.15 miles!!
4. mow grass, if not too wet
5. work on organizing sewing room
6. baked chicken for tonite Friends came over, so it was pizza and icecream instead
Friday, 6/3
1. log ALL food. Fish fry tonite with friends, so only have 1 or 2 small pieces.
2. drink water. NO caffeine!
3. mow grass
4. clean house briefly

We used to play in the rain all the time growing up!! One lady told me if we could learn again to PLAY like kids! Sounds like a fun time with your daughter - making memories!3 -

This week off from weight training was a good idea. My back feels much better. I will need to take it a bit easier next week when I get back to it.1 -
Thank you to those who wished me Happy Birthday. I just wanted to celebrate and stay within reasonable limits. Goal met.

Well....didn't quite do it yesterday. It was my husband's birthday and I gave in and had a piece of his angel food cake. So much for the low carbs. Didn't get my work projects done either. So, today, going to tone it down a bit.

1) Perform one random act of kindness. This is harder than I thought it would be. Carrying over.
2) Spend some quality time with my grandson
3) Jazzercise
4) Log food
5) Drink 8 glasses of water
6) Spend 30 minutes filing papers and decluttering paper/mail pile; shred stuff Picked up trash around the pond with my grandson instead
7) Do some weeding Lots! Grandson helped.

4) Eat regularly throughout the day - no looking at the clock at 6 pm and realizing I haven't eaten yet. Did the best I could on a long busy day, eating a big breakfast and sucking down protein shakes intermittently

That's one thing I love about being a mom, I can relive being a kid and look a fool at the same time and no one can say am thing to me.
