Hi All - I love this theme! "Just for Today" or "One Day at a Time" is a very wise concept to me. I have stayed clean and sober for 22 years one day at a time!
Just for today (already late so I'll just add what I'd like to complete the rest of the day):
2nd meditation
meeting
remember to take night time meds and vitamins
Oh, PICK UP my meds!
Walk and hoop at least 25 minutes
Stay under my calorie goal2 -
Life is a challenge! Meet it head on!

Yesterday was good, right up to bedtime. I cracked the screen of my iPad. Not even sure how it happened. It's still working!
This morning found my freezer defrosting itself!
Spent so long sorting this one out that I missed the bus! Had to take the car. Parked and walked in the sunshine.
Everything happens in threes! Now I'm worried!
Well, I survived the morning from hell! The only way was up!

May 14 - Did 1, 2 and 4. Forgot to do the hand weights and ate more than I've eaten for months. Don't know why. I'll take it easy on the food today.0 -

Cut grass if it doesn't rain
Wear more clothes
It's become chilly here, after a few hot days. I needed an extra layer of clothing yesterday, but didn't put one on. That might be why I ate more than I intended to, hence number 7.0 -
