I'm new to this thread but definitely need to be accountable. My goals for today:
Stay within my 1,200 calorie budget
Log EVERYTHING I eat
Drink 64 oz of water1 -
J4T (Saturday)
1. No sugar
2. 64 oz of water
3. 30 minutes activity or 7500 steps
4. Enjoy family today at birthday party and baby shower and make healthy choices.
5. Meditate
Found out my granddaughter is pregnant with TWIN BOYS yesterday! So excited! Was a great day spent with family.
JFT, Sunday:
1. No sugar
2. 64 oz of water
3. 5000 steps or 30 minutes activity
4. Get everything done around the house before premiere of The Walking Dead tonight.
5. Journal tonight
Hope everyone had a great weekend!!1 -
Sunday:
1. Pre-plan and pre-track exercise for the week.
2. Get back to tracking food--have been taking a break from that for a while.
3. Gym workout0 -
Back from holiday and somehow, miraculously, I did not put on any weight!!! I'm starting to doubt the accuracy of my scales as their results don't seem to bear any relation to what I've been eating... I was not particuarly good on holiday! Well, let's see what happens next week...

- 30 + minute lunch break
- Meditate
- Exercise class after work
- Don't give into post holiday laziness - be productive

3. 5000+ steps per fitbit
4. Try to adjust my attitude to being grateful and happy for another day, instead of crabby from fighting with my hubby this morning
5. Get at least one small project done at work
6. Teach my morning class successfully
7. Be happy and put a smile on someone's face today.

3. finish gym monthly challenge (I am trying to complete it in 3 days)

I'm so glad I found this post! I think this will really help me. I'm having a hard time this month for many reasons.

- Burn 400 cal on the elliptical
- Have a light dinner
- No snacking after dinner

- Stay within caloriesWent a bit over - went for lunch with colleague and despite ordering the healthiest option it was massively calorific
- No alcohol
- 30 + minute lunch break
- Meditate
- Exercise class after work
- Don't give into post holiday laziness - be productiveWas good in am but lost it a bit in pm!
- Focus on key priorities

- No unhealthy snacks including the chocolates I brought back from holiday!
- Choose healthy option at dinner
- Drink G&T only and have one water for every alcoholic drink
- Stay within calories
- 30 + minute lunch break
- Meditate
- Focus on key priorities and be productive
- Plan what time to leave pub in advance - in order to get earlier train, good night's sleep and do morning run
