    Yeah I used it before and lost a lot but never used it with support so I'm hoping this time around is way more motivating because it's hard to get back into a routine

    Counting calories has helped me a lot more than anything else. I think knowing that it takes me a certain amount of work to burn them makes it easier to say no to having seconds of my awesome cooking lol :-)

    Yeah weight lifting really helped me before but now I'm using a new gym so I have to get the hang of the equipment so I haven't started weight lifting yet

    Started my body fat loss and muscle gain journey in February. Was 10st 13 now 10st 7. I do running, tap and Zumba for cardio then ballet and pole dance for strength. I love to dance so I also do jazz :-) x

    Hope that you reach your preferred weight based off your height and your body proportions. I'm sure with hard work you will get there in just a couple months :-)

    Thanks so much. Seems the cold isn't going away but I'm pushing myself anyway.
