    You will benefit from strength training since you don’t seem to be overweight. There’s really great strength training apps that are free that help with showing you which exercises work what muscles. You have to find something that works for you. Everyone is different. Some people rather do diets and some people rather workout to achieve their goals. If you can find a good balance you will see results.

    As i get closer to my goal it seems to get harder and harder but I cannot give up and slack off anymore. I start doing great and then get discouraged. This community is really great and helps me stay focused and inspired so I too can some day inspire as well
