    I'm in :) June 18th is my bdat, it will be a nice bday treat!!!

    Starting 320.2lb
    Goal lose 20-30 pounds
    Physical goal: continue walking over 5 miles a day and over 12000 steps daily, and also go to the gym 3 weekly
    Nutritional goal: only eat out 1 weekly, and still stay within goal

    This is great!! I have a beach vacation in 4 months and need some work haha

    Current weight: 162
    Goal weight at 12 weeks:135
    Exercise: Min 45 min intense cardio 5x/wk, walk during lunch, and weight training 3x/wk
    Nutrition: Keep it healthy but don't restrict so much that my calorie tolerance goes down. Eat as much as I can while maintaining 2-2.5 lb/wk weight loss.

    I know it's aggressive, so support will help! Please add me :)

    Hi, I'm Penny.

    Start: 139.75 lbs

    12 week goal: 127.5 lbs
    **(1# per week with current settings on target for 1.2lbs/week. Yay, wiggle room)**

    Physical goal: Increase flexibility and leg range of motion.

    Nutritional goal: 1 vegan dinner and 1 vegetarian dinner per week.

    All seems pretty reasonable so long as I stay on track.

    Nutritional Goal: increase h2o, stop emotional eating

    Good Morning to everyone!! I have sent out all the invites for the Beach Body 12 week challenge which starts on Monday March 16th. Please let me know if you have not received an invite.....I originally did it through my phone, but I don't think that was working too good. So I have sent them through my computer now.

    Strengthen my core thru Yoga 3x-5x/Wk
    decrease A1C + FBS to normal by June
    NG: decrease sugar, carb & salt intake
    Stay away from junk food, soda, &
    other sugary drinks
    cut meat intake + eat more veggies

    Hey guys I just found this information regarding the invites for the group.

    Invitations to groups don’t currently show up in your main MyFitnessPal notifications, but in the community specific notifications located under the bell icon on the community pages. People you have invited will need to go to the Community page and look for this group invite in under the bell icon (notifications).

    Please check it out and let me know!

    First ever comment- nervous but I'll give it a go!

    SW- 144lbs
    GW- 133lbs (maybe tough if wanting to add weights in?)
    PG- to add in strength training & to run 5k in 30mins
    NG- to up my proteins (i'm veggie) & on bad days to 'cheat clean'
