This 12 Week Challenge is to support others as well as myself to get on track and lose the winter pounds! It starts on March 16 and ends on June 8th!!! Let's get motivated and do this together!!!

    I have added the physical and nutritional goals so we can set additional goals.... It's not all about the number on the scale!!

    Starting weight: 166.8 as of today
    12 week goal weight: 159.8
    Physical Goal: Complete 12 weeks of Stronglifts 5x5
    Nutritional Goal: Make the transition to Paleo

    I realize the weight goal may be a little optimistic because I'll be starting strength training, but it's something to shoot for. (I would loooove to be out of the 160s.) If anyone else is new to lifting or thinking about starting, let me know. I'd love to have a buddy in this!

    12 week goal weight: 205
    Physical Goal: lose 3 inches in waist size.
    Nutritional Goal: 150 gr prot/day

    I try to stay away from the scales because they make me crazy. Can I use a waist measurement instead?

    Physical Goal: be able to walk/run 3 miles without cramps or getting winded
    Nutritional Goal: Overall lower carb/sugar intake. Also to quit eating out so much!

    Physical goal-continue to increase steps tracked by Fitbit One and use Pilates Pro at least three times a week
    Nutritional goal - stop mindless eating and snacking

    Physical Goal: Trying to do 5x5 and racquetball 3x a week
    Nutritional Goal: 90g protien a day, increase fruit/veg

    Yeah my weight loss expectations light seem a bit high, but it is only 1% per week. We'll see =)

    Physical goal: Back to Fit program by Bill Phillips. I liked his Body for Life, like the added simplicity of this new program and want to give it a shot.
    Nutritional Goal: The "Perfect Health Diet," has changed my life over the last year; I'm just going to stick with it, maybe try to do it with less cheating.

    12 wk Goal Weight: 136 (2#/week)
    Physical Goal: I want to be able to run a 5k (already at 2 miles at a slow pace) and work out at least 5 times a week.
    Nutritional Goal: I want to increase my daily protein and veggies. I want to limit my pepsi habit to 2 per week. I want to cut back on my sugar intake (addiction).

    Physical Goal: be able to do 4 pull ups and 20 push ups consecutively
    Nutritional Goal: Learn to cook meatless more often with a minimum of once a week being a meatless dinner.
