This 12 Week Challenge is to support others as well as myself to get on track and lose the winter pounds! It starts on March 16 and ends on June 8th!!! Let's get motivated and do this together!!!

Starting weight: 166.8 as of today
12 week goal weight: 159.8
Physical Goal: Complete 12 weeks of Stronglifts 5x5
Nutritional Goal: Make the transition to Paleo
I realize the weight goal may be a little optimistic because I'll be starting strength training, but it's something to shoot for. (I would loooove to be out of the 160s.) If anyone else is new to lifting or thinking about starting, let me know. I'd love to have a buddy in this!0 -
