    Physical goal: be able to actually run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, instead of just walking
    Nutritional goal: no fast food for the next 12 weeks!

    I don't know if I'm too late. I'm a lite embarrassed it's not about losing the actual number weight but my goal is to have a better healthier body.

    Nutritional Goal: avoid the excess empty calories of beers and replace with loads of water. Eat more veggies and less starch!

    I requested to join and just weighed in this morning! Here's where I'm starting from in case I don't get back here today.

    Starting Weight: 253.4
    12 Week Goal Weight: 235
    Physical Goal: Slim down enough so that I don't have to ask for the seat belt extender when I go on my flight to PA in July.
    Nutritional Goal: get the sugar under control.
