    Things aren't always in my control. I had a work dinner at Buffalo wild wings and spent all day planning out what I would eat and a logged my calories before I got there. Once I arrived I realized everything was buffet style and everything was fried. So, I enjoyed some buffalo wings and fried pickles. Little more walking today and a little less food. Life is too short too get upset about little things.

    I've been doing that for almost a decade. Easier to achieve when no-one really knows what you do but that you are somehow important to the business.
