LOL! Yeah, when certain items start flying off the shelves, i.e., pomegranate juice, walnuts, etc., you can bet it was on Dr. Oz. After trying different diets off and on for many years, the one that truly works for me is eating at a calorie deficit, trying to make 80% healthy, and saving about 200 or 300 calories for sweets or whatever I'm craving. Hey, I'm human. I still love the foods that made me gain weight in the first place. I simply cannot restrict certain foods for the rest of my life. I'd be miserable.0 -
I lost 5 lbs! I will weigh again on Monday0
