Do guys still like girls that look like this?

What is funny is when I see these posts, it turns me off to these body types because I start thinking they need validation.
QFT
I have this body type (hour glass) and when I read a thread like this I'm always thinking "Is this a real question?". I don't think I've ever questioned whether men still find me attractive and I've been married for a very long time...IJS. Who cares what the preference of every man is? YOUR man will prefer your body to anyone else's...doesn't make him right and able to speak for all mankind. It probably will be the reason he's just right for you though. Furthermore, whatever kind of body you have should also be just right for YOU no matter what any one else thinks.
That is all.0 -
My opinion- not that anyone cares - but girls that are sizes 0,1,2,3...etc. get doctored up and airbrushed and photo shopped just the same and no one causes such a fuss! They have cellulite, lines, spots, and acne scars and no one complains that Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Angelina Jolie etc.- get airbrushed, and photo shopped- not to mention the $1,000s of dollars that they can spend on plastic surgery.
Perfect example-porn -NOONE looks like that on a daily basis and if they do they have had so many surgeries there is nothing real on that woman, and it's completely disgusting.
I agree with this thread and what she is trying to say- are bigger women still sexy? YES way more sexy than skinny girls IMO -a friend made the perfect comment last night that put this in perspective for me.
Him: have you ever eaten chicken?
Me: yes
Him: and have you felt the bones?
me: yes
him: well when I am with a woman I don't want to feel like I am holding a piece of chicken with a bunch of bones-I like a women with substance and something to rub .
I agree! A woman is supposed to have curves and be a WOMAN! This preconceived "new age" woman is ruining what a woman should be!
But I agree with this thread whole heartedly but the fact of the matter is in media, internet, advertising, and everything in the public eye now-a-days is doctored up to be what they think we should look like and not what is real! We are perfect they way we are- we need to just focus on being healthy and getting in shape - not PERFECT in the eyes of hollywood.
I mean come on do we want to end up like Amanda Bynes- yes she has a perfect body-perfect boobs, face, hair everything but lets not forget all the plastic surgery-personal trainer-drugs-selling of the body for drugs and THE CRAZY! No thanks hollywood keep your crazy drug sex-crazed personas! I am good with me
I reacted viscerally to this.
I had someone comment to me that he couldn't tell, when he was touching me, what was bone and what was muscle. AND THAT HE LOVED IT.
I have curves. Lots of curves. Maybe not in the form of a big butt or a big bust (unless I'm getting help from the lingerie store). But I still have curves. The curve of my calves, the curve of the adonis belt muscles, or the curves of my shoulders. The slight curve of my bust, and the gentle curve on my butt. They are still curves. NO SINGLE WOMAN IS A STICK FIGURE.
And regardless of what my body fat % is, I will have those curves. I will still have that sexy sway when I walk, and I will have the sense of femininity that I carry with me - EVEN when I am in the middle of my boxing class. I am a woman because it is my essence, not because I am the sum of a bunch of socially acceptable parts.
I reacted viscerally and wanted to blast the person who posted this.... but I realized, again, she was iterating both her opinion, and that of her friend, and their opinions do not need to matter to me.
End thought: You can only feel body shamed... if you accept that shame... .and therefore are willingly choosing to be ashamed of your body.
Just like any insult... it has no power if it doesn't stick to you.
you are so awesome!!

Do what the lady on the screen says...Im on my way LOL0 -
If anyone is attracted to me, based on body type/size/shape - forget it - I don't do shallow. My *measurements* DO NOT define me as a woman, as a partner or as a friend.

Men: Like women, we tend to have varied tastes:
Some like thin women
Some like muscular women
Some like tall women
Some like short women
Some like really fat women
Some like sorta fat women
Some like women with giant boobs
Some like women with hardly any boobs at all.

BLASPHEMER!!!
How dare you suggest that all men do not like the exact same thing?!
You will be fined for this.
All men like the same things. That is NOT the photoshoped fatties posted in the OP.
Why won't they get on the damn treadmill and start working out?
brb......taking a sledgehammer to my treadmill right now.0 -

Wow.
Being male, I have my preferences in a woman's body type, which I am not gonna add to this thread.
I also have a preference of dark beer over pale, pizza over pasta, steak over fish, and small cars over large.
This does not mean there is anything wrong or lacking in pale beer, pasta, fish, or big cars. I'm in no way critical of those who prefer something other than my own preference. (In fact, I kinda count on half the population preferring women, and half men.)
So it doesn't matter what I like, or what any other guy likes, and there is nothing to be learned on that matter in this thread.0 -
That wasn't rude. It was funny lol
its like me calling u a whale. Is that funny? To me it is.
Messed up way to make the point, but it does make it.0 -

you can't Photoshop that if you know what I mean.
Yes, yes you can.
You can photoshop anything... well maybe not you you, but people with skills can. I can.
Regardless, women should love themselves and not worry so much about what guys like. Every guy out there has a different opinion on what is sexy so who cares about them. Worry about how you feel about yourself.0 -
Being from both sides of the spectrum.. what annoys me the most is when someone says a woman she isn't a real woman because is slim, or "bones are only for dogs" whatever, i always see this crap on facebook and on these theards.
The thing is, being fit and "slim"/in shape takes a lot more work than being overweight, and I know because I've been there.
If you have a vagina, you're a woman. Period.0 -

Woah that escalated quickly? She said the post was ridiculous and something about posting a women with a tree for a head. So I did and that is rude how? It's funny. You however are amazingly rude. This was a exercise in character and you sir lose big time. ***When you throw dirt you lose ground**0 -
