5'2"/5'3" depending on the doctor's office. 145, right now and just getting back into the swing of things. I did (and adored) CrossFit for awhile because I love to feel strong, but some financial BS makes it difficult to afford right now. I'm hoping some calorie counting will get me back in line since I was eating a ton and burning it all off in a hard workout a few times a week and I'm just not burning it off right now. I plan to start taking advantage of the lovely weather and play outside to start burning more than I take in. My complacent weight is around 135, my ultra-healthy weight is 120 when I'm not lifting, 125-130 when I am. I'm struggling not so much with caloric intake as I am with getting sufficient micronutrients.

I'm 5'2. Started at 148 pounds/67 kg on 1 July 2013. I've dropped weight in stages over the last two years!

First stage was getting to 133/60kg by the end of September 2013. I let it go for a little bit, but maintained at around 62kg (137 pounds).

Second stage was getting to 125 pounds/57kg, I restarted early April 2014 and was there by the end of May 2014.

I ended up maintaining again in the 60-62kg. I restarted properly on 1 January 2015 of this year at 63kg after the Christmas period. I am now 118/53.5kg - so this has taken around 5 months. My final goal is 115 pounds/52kg.

As you can see - it has involved a lot of fluctuations for me but I feel confident now that if I maintain at around 55kg after this phase that that is a good weight to maintain at for 5'2!

Hello! I'm 5'2. I started my weight loss journey on September 2014. Back then, my weight was 163lbs/74kg. My current weight is 137lbs/62.5kg, and my goal is between 123-125lbs/56-57kg.

I eat every kind of food in moderation and try to consume between 1200-1400 calories a day, and I've also learn to make healthy choices (especially for snacks). My biggest problem is that I'm too lazy so I don't exercise on a regular basis, but I have to change this if I want to start getting fit. I think my body fat percentage is between 30-32%, though I'm not sure since every calculator I've tried says something different.

5'0", started at 134 in December, and this morning broke through the 112 lb stall into 111.9... my goal is 110 for now but will likely go to about 105.

MFP gives me 1200 calories to play with. I'm almost always under by the end of the day, but have good, varied meals and light activity.

I am 5'3" - started at 136 (March '15) currently at 128. Still not comfortable with the abdominal area.
Goal weight 105-110 with muscles. A flat tummy along the way would be a bonus :)

5'2" top weight 200 pregnant with first pregnancy. 185 with second pregnancy baby born November 2013. So Two cesareans later ...

I started a few months after second pregnancy (somewhere mid January) slowly adding regular walking. Then home workouts (Mostly Jillian mochaels DVDs) twice a. Week and increased to every other day. Now do then 5-6 times a week plus regular walking for the last year and love it.

Today 125. Goal weight 117(?) not sure really trying just to get rid of that last belly fat then I will be super pleased. Already bought my bikini. Just don't have the confidence to wear it yet ☺️

I'm 5'2" on a tall day lol but I lost from 130 down to 105 lbs. I'm back up to 115 now and would like to hit 110 again, but I'm pretty comfortable with this weight, esp since I'm not having to work super hard to stay here. It can be done :)

5 years ago I lost 35 pounds... I went down to 102. I looked SICK, and not in a good way...in the "is-she-anorexic--way". I kept it off for 3 years but then I gained about 24 of it back. I did it the unhealthy way the first time around so the "anorexic" concerns weren't that unfounded...
However, I am doing it the healthy way this time, but even w/ the healthy way I don't want to look as sickly as I did at 102! So 110 is my goal and once I get there I plan on getting into weight lifting to help tone the rest of the flab that doesn't seem to budge, even when I was at 102!

I'm bottom heavy so my thighs, butt, and tummy were still flabby while you could see my collar bones and ribs, and my arms looked like sticks. Also my face was gaunt. But because I thought that losing weight was the only way to get my bottom half under control, I kept losing! I was wrong!

I have to say that even though you looked sick at 102 maybe she won't. People have different builds, I'm also 5'2'' and I have a very small frame, and I look round at 102. I'm at 95 rn,and I certanly don't look sick. Heck at 90lbs I didn't look sick!
