    Whilst is more formal speech, and probably more commonly used by Brits.

    Lose & loose are 2 English words which are commonly (here, at least) misused.
    lose = to not have "I want to lose weight"
    loose = not tight "my clothes are loose now"

    Whilst is used here in Australia aswell. But more by the hoity toity folks.

    Loose instead of lose

    Weight instead of weigh

    Weighted instead of weighed

    I'd think detox is one of the most commonly (and abused) words on MFP.

    Haha yes I am. Each lap is 1000 steps. I do 10 laps at a time.
    No dizzyness, i read the mfp forums whilst I'm marching.
