You are doing all of right things. I am certain if you stick with it, you will be pleasantly surprised next week! Our bodies don't always lose weight on our schedule. Be patient with yourself. You are doing great things!!!

Successes/struggles this week: Struggled with weather keeping me inside(Those Georgia thunderstorms are not to be toyed with), not exericising alot of days and had trouble saying no to sweets cravings. Success with staying under or close to my calorie intake not ideal but better than before I started. Conclusion I will do better with exerising like I'm supposed to with my healthier eating habits.

Success/struggles - this was an incredibly busy and stressful week as my step-son got married. Although I didn't exercise as much as I'd like and food options weren't great, I did well with portions and not over indulging in goodies! With 3 weigh in's remaining in the challenge I'm positive and determined to reach my goal!

Success/struggles - Still not much exercise because of the torn ligaments in my hip but should be able to start some more intense walking next week. Food control was even better this week than last...and will only get better. Happy to see a shift in the scale, even if it's just a little one.
Had my predetox coaching call last night. Ramping up for that to start this Sunday. Starting to wean off of sugar and caffeine over the next few days. Then, going completely raw for 7 days. So looking forward to this reset!

- wine and sweets are my weakness. It is my goal to have only one bottle per week (so 4 glasses), while I'm losing weight.
I can't control myself around candy... If I have it in the house I will absolutely consume ALL of it - typically at once. So, this week I commit to NO candy.

I did well this week with my wine&sweets consumption (since I technically started this on Monday... That was pretty easy lol)... The real test will be from now until the 15th. Fingers crossed & prayers said!
Congratulations on a 2lb weight loss!!! If you like the taste of maple and are willing to spend $15.00 on a pound of candy, Amazon sells Canadian Hard Maple Candies. They are SOOOOOOO good and take a long time to melt. It typically takes about 5 minutes to eat one. My husband loves them!!! They are 60 calories for 3 and so flavorful that 3 typically quenches my taste for sweets. The one pound box has about four giant handfuls of the candies which are about the size of a nickel each. I feel like I am writing an ad. Hahaha... Sorry. I am not trying to tempt you. For me, they provide that balance between pleasure and restraint. Best of luck this week! Struggles this week: Whew slowly got back on track this week, but it was hard. I felt hungry and tired most days as I was at or under goal most of the days. I also lowered my caloric allowance back to 1200 kcal.
Successes: found a new exercise that challenges and incites me. I used to avoid the stationary bike at the gym because I know it burns very few calories, that is if done at zero resistance. Interval training with a high resistance on the stationary bike kicked my butt this week, but I loved it!
