Hehe, I may have suspected that already. I like to see how people react to different situations, including myself. It's cool to learn what affects you and what doesn't.

I guess so. You are a student of life...and slightly cuckoo

Lol, I'm okay with that. Honestly if I wasn't a bit off my rocker, I probably wouldn't hold anyone's interest.

Howdy from Irving TX, single mom to 11yo daughter, i've always worked out on and off but this is the first time of been very consistent with it and joined a running club in July and it has proven to be very therapeutic for me at this time. I have been suffering for depression for years so I want to get back into feeling better about myself the hard part for me is not the exercising it's the food especially sweets and sugar are my downfall. I workout at fitness connection and at the YMCA my first 5K will be the turkey trot

After your first 5K you can't wait to do another one!

I have bad arches, so I need to lose a good amount of weight before I can do any significant amount of running. Right now it's murder on my feet.

I have special insoles, but it still hurts to run. I think once I drop 30 - 40 lbs it won't be so bad. I walk 2 miles each way to work and back as of now, and I can do that without too much foot pain

Well that's a lot. You'll work up to running I'm sure. all in due course

Dude you can do it. I started running when i had 90+ lbs to lose. Start small, be consistent and persistent. You can do it. There is a runner in you!

You should sooo become a runner. Hey, ever heard of the book Born to Run? Worth a read! My friend Donna recommended it several years ago,

Whenever I try to run I am reminded of how much my body can jiggle. Makes me sad.
