I definitely intend to start running. I'm just hoping to lose a little weight first so it's easier0
-
I think you're on the right track...start with the walking...at least you're trying0
-
I think if I ran with other people I'd be motivated enough to keep going. When I run alone, I'm like, girl, just walk. Lol0
-
I'm going to take up running...so.let's plan to do like a run somewhere together.0
-
I would run with you. You would look sooooo hot running next to me. Lol!!0

I don't run, unless I have to. When I am able to run, I can run fast but I can't run for more than a block & running slower, doesn't increase my ability; to run further/actually it does the opposite because when I run slower, I work harder; to move & that thus depletes my energy faster. Whereas if I'm running fast, the momentum; makes it easier to achieve a further distance but stopping, causes me to work as hard; as running slower does because I am then going against, the momentum.0

I only run if I'm being chased by bees lol0
-
I have to get my running ability up before the zombie apocalypse0

It's how I skate so I'm sure it helps with running too0
-
I only started running cause I wanted to do mud runs but now I love it. Still slow but I'm lapping everyone on the couch.0

Running is so easy and so cheap. Doesn't take a whole lot of effort unless you're on a race or crazy competitions0

Baby steps! Do it for the burn!0
-
Maybe I should just try it again.0
-
Find a route where you know hardly anyone goes to, and just go. Start out easy, get your rhythm down, breathing, cadence, everything. Worry about personal records later once you get comfortable0

Thanks for the advice!0

Gah. My blood is boiling right now. I can't stand when clients think they know more than me about the thing that they hired me to do.0

Uh oh. Part of the reason it's good i don't work...people piss me off0 -
This is why I shouldn't check my work email during off hours.0
-
Haha. Ya. Especially not on a Sunday day evening0
-
It's hard not to though, I really enjoy my job most of the time, and I'm heavily invested in the company I work for. But every now and then something really pisses me off and makes it hard for me to not think about it constantly.0
-
Well...ypu can't change it so just push it to the back of your brain and don't let it ruin your weekend0
-
Yeah, you're right. I got off of my computer and am now watching a movie. Should be distracting enough for the time being.0
