Very nice... I was on here for awhile.. And now I'm here to make it work this time
Thank you! I was here before but I failed because I tried to change my entire lifestyle, in a day & obviously that wasn't sustainable because of time management. This time I am only taking on 1 challenge at a time, as necessary. When I left, I was the weight, that I currently am. So I've only lost the 13.6 Pounds, that I gained; after I left. I only want to lose weight that I've never lost before, not the same weight; ever again.0 -

My grandma use to just take rice pour milk over it and sprinkle sugar on top.,. It was pretty good0

oh my that sounds heavenly and like I would need to save a whole days calories to eat.0 -
It is heavenly, and easy, and you can use any flavor or the sugar-free. Turns out to be about 66 calories per tbsp. I feel like real buttercream frosting would be more like 80-90 calories per tbsp (I didn't calculate it though) as it has mostly butter. If you tossed a tbsp or two of the cheater version on an angel food cupcake, it would be a decent sweet for less than 250 calories for certain.0

You can mix it in by stirring and it will be great, or mix it in with a whisk or electric mixer and it will be a bit fluffier because the cream holds air so well.
And if you do chocolate, it's ultra tasty if you blend in 1/4 cup of soft cream cheese too (lowfat works).
