    I am doing my run this evening after work but wanted to pop in here before I get to far behind! So many great posts to catch up on!

    @ddmom0811 - I feel very fortunate to live here. Both for the scenery and the weather. Definately an ideal running/biking area!

    @Daisy471 - lovely rainbow!

    @7lenny7 - Tuesdays are my only organized running group days. I met up with 5 friends in the am right by house. And I love your dinner last night! Yummy!

    @shanaber - I am glad that you are feeling better.

    I will post my miles later tonight after my run. :)

    Woke up feeling pretty tired today. A run fixed the problem.

    8/4 - 12 miles
    8/5 - 5.5 miles

    Total: 26.5 miles
    Goal: 140 miles
    Remaining: 113.5 miles

    5 miles today but way too slow given that I'd had lots of recovery time. Need to find a way to get these middle-aged legs moving faster!

    @Ohhim: If that's a Pirates cap in your picture, can I assume you're doing those impressive miles around Pittsburgh? If so, what part of town?

    8/4 Managed a 1.17 "ralk" with all 3 puppies
    8/5 3.1 on the dreadmill until the aforementioned Chinese food from hell re "reared" (pun intended)

    8.5.15.... 4.18 M....39:06 Nice cool morning run- feeling stiff- but solid- disappointed with the slowness.

    8.6.26.... 3.05 M..... 27:59 super cool morning- felt very comfortable today- disappointed my time wasn't faster- but it wasn't a push day- so I'm happy at how good I felt.

    I had a sock problem this morning-my fiance is here and I forgot to prep so I couldn't really rummage the way I normally would- so. yeah mismatched it is.

    Which means apparently I need to go invest in more because I can't find my socks at the rate I'm burning through them hashtagrunnerproblems. things like this happen:

    Aug 1 - 43 mile bike ride
    Aug 2 - 37 mile bike ride
    Aug 3 - 4.1 miles
    Aug 4 - 4.15 miles
    Aug 5 - 6.15 miles - too hot to do my long run for the week. It was over 90+ humidity. I'm very proud of those 6.15 miles - more proud than the 10+ last week! Got to figure out when to get my long run in!
    Aug 6 - strength training (arms/abs/back) followed by cycling class.

    Holy guacamole, there is so much going on in here! Fantastic! I'll have to comeback and play catch up later after I get some studying done, but at least wanted to get my miles posted in quick. I have seven from yesterday and three today to add. Takes me to 20.5/90. Happy running everyone, have a great Thursday!
