    Well done everyone! I totally let the side down in August! But hoping to get back on it in September.

    My town has its local 10km run/race coming up in the next 2 weeks. I briefly considered it, but haven't been training that distance in a while, and haven't actually trained at all in a while, so dismissed the idea as being a pathway to injury for me!
