I confess I made a stupid decision last night and now I'm afraid of getting pregnant because I'm now realizing I'm horribly uneducated. They do a pregnancy test before I get my BC shot though, which I'm starting up again shortly, so I guess we'll find out then.

I confess that I would like to put on a few pounds of muscle but I care too much about the eating habits of people I see the most, and just about all of said people are overweight. I fear becoming like them because it seems to be a family trait. It stops me dead in my tracks from eating enough to match the activity level I want, never mind gain some muscle.1

Horribly uneducated about how pregnancies happen? Where did you go to school? I'm not even trying to be mean but uneducated seems like a cop out.
Texas, where they just say "don't give your gift away too early." But also probably cop out and laziness since I'm college educated after all, I just never really thought I'd have this issue because I never thought I'd rise to this level of stupid.0 -

I am worried about doing my HIIT workout today with a sore back, but I am too stubborn not to do it because I will feel like a failure. Stupid old body.1

Omg good. Love that. And I cound eat a mountain of pickled beets on top of a spinach salad. Or by themselves. Or make homemade beet juice to drink.

not really walk of shame I guess but a trip to Ross for work for a new outfit because I'm a poor planner. I learned not to let him/anyone do that again 0 -

Life is too short to be sleeping with someone you aren't attracted to. My rule of thumb: don't sleep with a guy unless you are completely comfortable with the thought of him possibly being the father of your child. Accidents happen, but at least let the accident be with someone you care about! Dust yourself off, get your head on straight, and let this be a learning experience.6 -

My rule of thumb: don't sleep with a guy unless you are completely comfortable with the thought of him possibly being the father of your child. Accidents happen, but at least let the accident be with someone you care about! Dust yourself off, get your head on straight, and let this be a learning experience.
This is awesome advice.
The only thing I can add to this is sometimes it is better to just swallow.6 -
