    I confess I made a fool of myself when swimming today... I Went into the ice tub... And felt my body wasn't responding like usual.. Actually felt a hint of a sock comming over me.. So I got the he'll out and had the old tough guys laughing hysterically at me... Í wanted to throw ice cubes on them but I didn't..

    I don't understand the Fifty Shades phenomenon. Well I kinda do
    we have a little free library on our front lawn and someone left a 50 Shades book...the boy saw it and kept putting it behind all the others and I think threw it out eventually

    I read the first book and could barely get through it. Haven't read the rest. Saw the first movie last night and would have fallen asleep if I hadn't been posting here also. I have no idea why she wants to see it.

    I confess that I'm starving! I'm always starving! I don't get it cause I eat a lot!
    My dinner was a 150 g steak + 30 g sweet potatoes, a whole lot of salad and veggies, then I had some popcorn and was still so hungry that I ate about 170 g of skyr with apples and I was still hungry so I had peanut butter and then I was still hungry so I had like a liter of water and ate a bunch of red grapes..
    And now I'm hungry again... I think I might have to take a look at my input/output and have my coach help me out a bit.. I might need to add more food..
