I confess I hate the Facebook app so much. I can't even scroll through comments without accidently activating something. One of my friends parents passed away today and I just left a gay pride flag as a response to one of the replies.

I am so sorry, but I laughed really hard because this is so something I would do. I am terrified that someday I will accidentally post a pic that I didn't intend to share.

my biggest fear in life is becoming a meme

Gawd. That option scares me too... I freak out everytime time I see the roll of my gallery pictures pop up asking if I want to post them.

Hmmm....they need a super duper insightful button.......

They are just pictures of my cute fuzzy kittens playing and the huge juicy watermelons that I grew but I still don't want to accidentally post them.

I envy your melons. I have lemons :/

I fell asleep after lunch and woke in a panic. I had a nightmare, I couldn't breathe. You'll find this amusing @leut_underpants but you were sitting on my chest and I had to bite your cheek because you wouldn't get off.
    Stupid dream scared me.

Amusing? More like terrifying. Please don't include me in your perverted nightmares. :flowerforyou: Thanks, management.

I was the terrified one..your *kitten* was white and pasty, believe me I did not want to bite it..: :noway:

On a serious note..thats a few times lately where I've woken due to a dream where I can't breathe..does anyone with sleep apnea experience this? Ive not been diagnosed with that but Im beginning to think it might be a possibility

The most terrifying experience ive had health wise was as a kid waking up unable to breathe. got rushed to the hospital where I was told I had a pretty severe case of Bronchitis. I dont wish that on anyone!

If it is happening often, definitely get it checked out. MFP would be a lonely place without you!

I can kinda laugh about the butt part now but truthfully it scared the crap out of me..a couple of days ago I was under ice in a pond and couldn't break through..

I think my deviated septum has gotten worse and with allergies its been harder to breathe...if it happens again I'll definitely have it seen to..
    And Thank you

My youngest is struggling with life these days. It's breaking my heart not to be there for him. I feel that he needs my guidance as a father and I'm so far away.

My parents divorced when I was younger and I didn't see my dad often but I can tell you that distance never made me value our relationship any less or view him as any less of a father to me.

I do my best, but (to me) it never seems to be enough. I want to do more.

Honest to God as long as you're making an effort they will see it. My Dad started last year to call me instead of getting mad when i didnt call and its crazy how much im finding myself appreciating his effort, even though its so late. Keep up the good work, call and talk and visit when you can and dont stop when theyre teenagers and theyre too cool for you because thats when theyll remember if you were there or not.

All effort is good effort, my friend

Keep trying to communicate with him however you can.

Even if you are not in a close proximity you trying to communicate, your guidance and your trying to keep a relationship open is the best thing you can do and will probably make a huge difference to him.

I see so many posts here about people being lonely and in deeply unhappy marriages and I'm just so thankful that I am in such a good relationship that I almost can't even comprehend what it must be like to be in that kind of situation.

Agreed, It must be horrible. There are ways out though so I do often think "if its that bad, leave" although everyone's situation is different I guess.

I confess that I am working so hard on my house not because of the final outcome, but because of the spa day I very well deserve after all the work I've done.

Going to take my test this evening just to get it over with. I'm not really ready, but with the holiday and my work schedule I can take it tonight or Wednesday night. I'd rather have it done before the holiday and my day off. I just don't want to review for it and study this *kitten* anymore. Can't stand it anymore and I'm ready to move on to the next chapters. After this test I have two more exams to go and then I'm done with this stinkin class.

    Good luck!

Thanks guys. It's anatomy and physiology part 1. And today's test is on appendicular skeleton, skeletal and muscle tissue, joints, muscle system and movements, etc.

Wahhhhhh? that's the most interesting part!!! lol you wait until you get to homeostasis (hormone response, negative feedback loops), excretory systems or the krebs cycle lol

Either way good luck, does your exam include the nervous system, motor neurons, reflex arc etc?
