Sigh...anniversary of his departure gets me every year. People think that's dumb but IDGAF, he influenced a great majority of my generation in terms of music. Every year it just gets me that he's been gone for such a long time.

I confess sometimes things I read here make me concerned for people.
but not enough to really care

I confess that this makes me a little sad
Then again maybe it is the right attitude to have around this place

Don't you think a lot is done for attention?
Would you believe I've tried to help people here only to have it thrown back in my face? I have many I know deserve and appreciate care and concern...many just want to wallow though and those I just shrug off.

I definitely agree with that. There will always be those people who don't actually want help or change, they just want pity. Those are the people who probably need the help the most, but won't ever take it :'(

This reminds me of, my days via; the dating websites! I spent most of my time trying to help some of, the guys find someone than I did attempting to; find someone myself lol!

I confess that I'm in a huge funk about turning 40 in a couple of weeks and as such, dinner tonight was a bottle of wine.

went out to the ranch today to iron my stepdad's clothes and started crying because I missed my mom's presence in the house. Her clothes don't even smell of her anymore. I miss her.

Depends on if you're still living with your parents or not.
